IPMAT Rohtak 2025 Exam Notification is out! Conducted by IIM Rohtak, this national-level entrance exam grants admission to the prestigious five-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM). Open to students completing Class XII or equivalent, the exam evaluates quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and verbal proficiency. The selection process includes an aptitude test, personal interview, and academic performance assessment. This program offers a direct path to a dual degree (BBA + MBA) from a top-ranked institute, equipping students with analytical, leadership, and managerial skills.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Integrated Program in Management (IPM) at IIM Rohtak, candidates must fulfil the following requirements :

General, NC-OBC, and EWS Categories:

• A minimum of 60% marks in both Class X (SSC) and Class XII (HSC) or equivalent examinations.
• The applicant must be 20 years old or younger as of June 30, 2025.

SC, ST, and DAP Categories:

• A minimum of 55% marks in both Class X (SSC) and Class XII (HSC) or equivalent examinations.
• The applicant must be 20 years old or younger as of June 30, 2025.

Note 1:

Candidates currently in Class XII (HSC) or an equivalent program and expecting to complete their examinations by June 2025 can apply. However, their admission will remain provisional until they submit their final results, meeting the required minimum marks (60% for General, EWS, and NC-OBC; 55% for SC, ST, and DAP). Additionally, they must provide their school leaving and migration certificates.

Note 2:

The percentage calculation for Class X and XII will be based on the best five subjects from the mark sheet, irrespective of board policies. If grades are awarded instead of marks, conversion must be done as per the certification provided by the respective board or competent authority.

Selection Process

Stage 1: Online Registration

Eligible candidates must complete the online registration process, which assesses their academic and extracurricular achievements.
A non-refundable registration fee of ₹4,937 is applicable.

Stage 2: IPM Aptitude Test (IPMAT 2025)

Candidates must appear for the IPM Aptitude Test (IPMAT) conducted by IIM Rohtak, which evaluates quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and verbal proficiency.
Exam Date: May 5, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM (Tentative)

Stage 3: Shortlisting & Personal Interview (PI)

• The PI will evaluate the candidate’s academic background, general awareness, and communication skills.
• The interview is tentatively scheduled for June 2025.

Stage 4: Merit List & Admission Offer

The final selection is determined by a composite score considering IPMAT performance, academic records, and PI scores.

• The final merit list will be published tentatively in July 2025.
• Admission will be granted strictly on the basis of merit, rank, and seat availability, following the Government of India’s reservation policy.

Refund Policy for IPM Batch 07 (2025-30)

Candidates who wish to withdraw their admission must do so before the registration date.
• The full fee will be refunded after deducting a processing fee of ₹1,000.
• Refund requests will only be processed through the official admission portal.
• Refunds will be credited within 150-180 days from the registration date.
• Candidates must ensure they provide accurate banking details (Beneficiary Name, Account Number, Bank Name, IFSC Code) via the admission portal.
• No refund requests will be entertained after registration or beyond the deadline mentioned in the admission offer letter.

Total Number of Seats

• Total seats available: 198
• EWS Reservation: 10% of total seats are reserved for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates.
• Seat allocation will follow the Government of India’s reservation policy for General, SC, ST, NC-OBC, EWS, and DAP categories.
